We developed a tool to estimate coral reef carbonate production to the automated coral reef image analysis software CoralNet that includes area-normalized adaptations of the ReefBudget carbonate production sheets for use with CoralNet or application to other benthic cover data in collaboration with the ReefBudget team. You can access the latest v2 rates here or simply use the rates when you exporting carbonate production estimates while using CoralNet.
